What the restriction misunderstood above about not using Caste:Required exclusively means if you Caste Require Children on one lot and Caste Require Teens on another lot, then YAs and Adults cannot work in either school in the Education career. And your "third" lot, does it really contain a school rabbit hole anywhere? Just in case this is what you have done, you cannot build a building and declare it to be a school without the rabbit hole part - the game won't know that it's meant to be a school otherwise.

With the Lot Options set up correctly and GoHere in place, if sims still re-register for the wrong schools, wait a sim day or two. (Edit: Ah, I see from your screenshot now that you do) Do you have the NRaas GoHere mod in play? SP's lot restriction options will not be honored without it also present. The procedure for two schools is to bulldoze the first one then place two new ones, although the replacements can be either or both a copy of the first one, that shouldn't matter at all. Did you bulldoze (and maybe replace) the first school? Sims will have no reason to not continue attending the school in which they are already registered otherwise. There are two things missing from your description that you may have taken care of, but you haven't mentioned them. NRaas "staff" doesn't have much of a presence here, I just happened to see your post as I was passing by looking for something else. The trouble with the strategy of not bothering to seek assistance in the place where the mods are made and supported is that you will very likely get incorrect answers elsewhere.
